Nature of Content: Client Content consists of public or pre-release marketing and promotional material. You are strongly advised not to upload any non-public Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive personal data within these media files. Legally, our platform acts as a Data Processor (or Service Provider under CCPA) for the Client Content. You are strongly advised to possess the rights/licenses from the influencer to upload the Client Content to our server.

Purpose of Processing: We process and analyze the Client Content solely on behalf of you to evaluate context, ensure alignment with brand safety guidelines, tasks described in the brand brief, verify regulatory compliance, and generate analytical reports.

e. Legal basis

We process your Personal Data when it is in the legitimate interests of this Site in connection with marketing, sales, promotion of services which we provide, or which are procured using our services and to improve and enhance the range of those services and offerings. We process your Personal Data in the following circumstances:

• Communication - We may use your Personal Data to administer and provide services you request or have expressed an interest in, to communicate with you in case of customer support, to process transactions, for sending newsletters, updates and promotional materials, for seeking your opinion and feedback and personalize and/or tailor any communications that we may send you.

a. Retention of your Personal Data

Personal Data will not be retained for a period more than necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for directly related legitimate business purposes.

b. Retention of Client Content

We retain uploaded Client Content only for 90 days to fulfill our service commitments to you or to maintain historical compliance reports. After the retention period, the Client Content files stored in our AWS S3 buckets are permanently deleted in accordance with our standard data purging lifecycles configured.

Use of Google Analytics 4
